During the B and C period the minimum stay is one week. In the D period the apartment is to let only for the whole month.
Full weeks only Sat-Sat. The apartment is usually available by 4 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
The minimum stay for the period A is 3 days.
Deposit: A 30% deposit is required. The balance is to be paide upon arrival. Sorry no credit cards.
Deposit: A refundable deposit of Euro 100 against breakage and damage will also be requested at that time.
